Trauma-sensitive SAFE facilitation.
These workshops are not just theory, they are Embodied Experiences.
There is a difference between being seen and being known.
We can be surrounded by people who love us, have friendships that span years, share our lives with partners and family—and still keep parts of ourselves carefully out of reach.
Sometimes we do this consciously. We choose what to share, what to soften, what to leave out.
But often, it happens without us even realizing it.
We learn which versions of ourselves feel easiest for others to receive. We become good at reading the room, adapting, being agreeable, staying composed, being helpful, or showing the parts of ourselves that feel safest to reveal.
And somewhere along the way, we may begin to wonder:
Do the people in my life really know me?
Being known asks something different of us.
It asks us to allow another person to come closer to what is actually happening inside of us.
To share what we really think when it might be different from what they think.
To name what we want without knowing how it will be received.
To reveal the tender, messy, uncertain, passionate, complicated parts of ourselves that don't always fit neatly into the version of us others have come to know.
And for many of us, this can feel incredibly vulnerable.
Because being known creates the possibility of deeper connection—but it also creates risk.
If you know what matters to me, you can dismiss it.
If you know what I need, you can choose not to meet me there.
If you know who I really am, you might decide you don't like me.
Our nervous systems remember the moments when authenticity cost us connection.
And so we may protect ourselves by hiding, performing, overexplaining, shape-shifting, staying vague, or waiting until we know it is safe before revealing what is true.
But there is a cost to remaining hidden, too.
We cannot experience the fullness of being loved for who we are if we never allow ourselves to be fully known.
In this experiential Sacred Sisters workshop, we'll explore what happens inside of us when we move from being withothers to allowing ourselves to be truly known by them.
Through somatic exploration, relational practices, reflection, and connection, we'll notice the places where we instinctively reveal ourselves—and the places where we disappear.
We'll explore what our bodies have learned about visibility, vulnerability, authenticity, and belonging, and gently practice expanding our capacity to remain connected to ourselves while allowing another person to see more of who we are.
This isn't about sharing everything with everyone.
Being known does not mean abandoning discernment, privacy, or boundaries.
It's about having the choice to reveal ourselves when we want to—rather than automatically hiding because some part of us learned that being fully ourselves could threaten connection.
Come if you want to explore:
The difference between being liked, being seen, and being truly known
What makes it difficult to reveal your inner world to others
The parts of yourself you instinctively show, soften, hide, or protect
How your nervous system responds when attention is genuinely on you
The fear of being misunderstood, judged, rejected, or "too much"
What happens when your truth is different from someone else's
How people-pleasing, performing, or adapting can keep us connected while also keeping us hidden
How to share more of yourself without overriding your own boundaries
What it feels like to be witnessed without needing to change, explain, or make yourself more palatable
The possibility of experiencing connection that comes not from who you know how to be for others—but from who you actually are
You don't need to be more vulnerable.
You don't need to force yourself to open.
You don't need to tell anyone anything you're not ready to share.
This is an invitation to become curious about what it would feel like to let yourself be known—and to discover that perhaps you can be fully yourself and remain in connection, too. This experience is for you if:
Come if …
You want deeper, more meaningful connections.
You want to trust yourself more.
You want an opportunity to rewire what you’ve been holding alone for so long.
You are ready to remember your body’s wisdom, truth, and safety.
You want to have experiences feeling safe and secure in relationship to others.
You want to meet all your experiences fully.
You want to experience yourself in relationship to yourself AND to others at the same time.
You feel MOVED to join OR you feel a resistance to coming!
You want to offer your nervous system and your attachment system a new experience to relate back to and feel safer and less stressed in your body and in the world.
This workshop is for you if you want to experience what it feels like to feel SAFE to show up as you truly are, and explore the ripple effects this will have in all aspects of your life!

I had no idea what i was getting myself into going into this women's circle but on my journey to discovering myself, new things are to be welcomed. I was of course nervous for the first few moments, but the energy was just so calming and envelopping that i quickly put my guard down without even realizing it. Throughout the sharing, the exercices and the journaling i just felt growth growth and more growth. Time just flew. And the instant connection formed with the other women there was just so nice. 0 judgement, 0 negativity just acceptance. I cannot wait for more workshops!

The entire workshop was transformative, truly. I feel like I was just re-born. I am still floating! I lack the words to describe how amazing it has been to work with Stephanie and to be part of these women's circles. After the last Circle I attended, holding hands, I left floating. I felt for the first time in a very long time held by other women in a way that felt incredibly loving, kind, and authentic. I felt safe, I felt supported and I felt a sense of community like no other. Thank you STEPHANIE for being the beautiful Creator of these connection moments. And thank you to my fellow sacred sisters for taking the plunge and being vulnerable enough to participate in these transformative workshops. You are my people, I am not alone.

I can't say enough about Stephanie's facilitation skills. She is extremely knowledgeable, unique and loving, and I appreciate how skillfully she creates the safe space. It is such a great learning experience: The theories being taught, the self reflection questions, and the interactive discussions. Every workshop is impactful and gives me a lot to reflect on. I heal more and more each time!

This was my first Sacred Sisters workshop. I wasn't sure what to expect, but from the moment I walked into the space I felt welcome and comfortable. Stephanie is amazing at presenting topics in a way that are accessible, and has an amazing way of helping people stay present, safe and supported. I will definitely be attending the next one.

Stephanie does an amazing job at making everybody feel welcome. I think for one of the very first times in my life my no is respected just as much as my yes. She created a safe place for me to connect to other women as well as my myself. I was able to connect to parts of me deep emotions that were so buried I didn't even realize I had buried them. I was able to connect to parts of myself that I don't even have words for. I love looking in the "mirror" and being asked to trust a process that at times is uncomfortable, but by the end of it, I feel a little more whole and connected to myself to others then I did before the adventure started.

The coming togetherness of different women with different backgrounds, and understanding that at the end of the day, we’re all human beings processing human emotions, and that’s it’s okay to not always be okay, and that there’s support not too far, and sometimes the best support is from strangers who become friends through beautiful moments experienced such as in yesterday’s workshop. I really appreciated the exercise of staring in a stranger’s eyes and saying “I see you”. That spoke to me a lot. Of course the gift giving experience was super fun too! You’re amazing!! Thanks Steph! :)

I knew how powerful it is to heal in a circle of women, and this workshop confirmed this for me! We were 5 women that just needed to feel seen, held, and witnessed...and that happened and so much more! Forever grateful to Stephanie for creating this container and space. <3

“My time with Stephanie has been life changing.
I am in awe of the amount and extent of shifts in my ways of thinking about myself and how I navigate in the world around me in the 9 months I have been fortunate to be in her classes and energetic space.
Her energy and words reinforces her ability to create loving, non judgemental, safe spaces for a collective of strangers in a very short period of time.
Stephanie's skills and history of training in trauma informed care make a powerful impact on the energy and movement of sharing in circles.
I have observed in myself a new found openness to express myself without fear of rejection. Fears I did not even have clarity on or aware they existed in my mind.
The spaces Stephanie creates include healing thru silence and breath work and grounding practices. I continue to learn about how our nervous system can be retrained like a baby's brain creating new connections and re-definitions of what is true and actually real. (Hint- it is not at all what you believe!)
She holds up guardrails for us and invites us through inquiry to help us go deeper.
My school aged children have likely benefited as much as I have from the healing I am experiencing as I am breaking the cycles from previous generations driven by fear and lack.
The most beautiful and life reinforcing aspect for me has been taking the circle practice to women on the outside. In text exchanges, sides of sports fields, offering of hugs...
I have been connecting with women in ways I never knew could exist. Some of whom I have known on surface level for a while or known for a short time, share that my energy and words have changed their perspective about being vulnerable when given a non-judgemental and supportive space to share their deepest fears.
Female bonding and connecting for the win!
I have nothing but gratitude for every single interaction I have with Stephanie.
Her grace, her compassion, her boundaries, her honoring and celebrating my "no" 's as a full sentence; her teaching me how to listen into my heart to know what I truly want and need; holding space to practice expressing it, learning to love all the parts of myself both physically and mentally; and celebrating even the darkest parts for revealing themselves for me to show compassion towards myself.
For teaching me how to trust other women and unprogram that we are all in competition with each other.
For teaching me how to create, call in and manifest stronger female, supportive, village bonds.
I cannot believe or express how beautiful it has been for other women to reach out to me to connect and hang out.
That I feel healthy and strong enough to welcome them into my deepest and darkest too. Shining a light on 'hey, me too!'.
Through my work with Stephanie, I am learning to Trust that my body will express itself in all the ways I have been conditioned to shut it down.
Turning the music up and dancing and singing to my own beats.
I continue to discover how to listen to my heart and honor it.
I have gone deeper in 9 months than I have in 4 years of cognitive behavioral therapy and EMDR.
I had often been a silent observer in group settings, scanning for threats or risk of shame or rejection. Leading vs being part of the group. I had developed my way of being distant from the collective. Isolating myself and my needs in order to be accepted by others.
I learned that that had been my coping mechanism to handle rejection and not having my needs met growing up.
In spaces with Stephanie, I open up willingly and with an open heart as she welcomes it and celebrates it.
I had no idea this way of living even existed and I am and will be forever grateful for the work Stephanie does with me.
I am honored to be held in a space with her.
I am humbled to be held in a space with her.
I am filled with gratitude to be held in a space by her.
I invite you to give space for yourself to be held in Stephanie's circles, workshops, TRE classes or 1 on 1s.
It is truly the most priceless gift I have given myself and wish for you the same.”
