I’m here to support you

I believe that we are already whole and complete, but that it’s natural and common to feel like we’re broken or something is wrong with us. Oftentimes our environment and circumstances don’t teach us how to understand our emotions, regulate our nervous system, what to do with difficult situations, how to communicate effectively, how to process what has happened to us, or how to be aware of what’s really going on inside of us.

I believe that we all need support and guidance in navigating through life.

I believe that learning how to be aware of our internal and external experiences, and navigating these experiences with self compassion and helpful tools can truly transform our daily lives.

My 1-on-1 sessions are grounded in Trauma resolution, Nervous System regulation, Somatic healing, Attachment systems, and Mindfulness. We also explore triggers, relational work, limiting belief patterns, communication, and much more!

What is somatic work? A body-oriented therapeutic model that helps heal trauma and stress.  The sensations associated with our experiences can become trapped in the body and can be reflected as chronic pain, physical discomfort, dis-ease, and can manifest as addiction, depression, anxiety and more. This approach invites the body and the nervous system to experience SAFETY again.

I’m here to offer a safe and gentle, non-judgemental space for you to arrive as you are. Together, we will explore what your mind and body need in the moment and you will learn tools to understand how to navigate life’s challenges, and how to listen to your inner voice in order to give yourself what you truly need.

The mind and body entity will move toward healing and growth at its own accord, given the right tools, environment, and sense of feeling seen, heard, and safe.
