  • Learn practical and somatic tools for regulating emotions in tough conversations.

  • Practice active listening and non-defensive communication.

  • Explore what safety feels like — in the body, in language, and in connection.

  • Name needs and boundaries with compassion and clarity.

  • Share meaningful moments that foster closeness and mutual understanding.

  • Guided conversations and activities for mother/teen pairs.

  • Somatic practices to help soothe the nervous system.

  • Reflections and tools to carry into everyday life.

  • Dates: Sundays May 4th + 18th, June 1st, 8th, 15th

  • Time: 2:30 to 4pm

  • Location: In the West Island (exact location will be sent upon registration)
