5 Senses Meditation (bring something to smell, to taste, and to touch) (28 minutes)
The best way to get out of our heads is to move our attention towards something that is happening in the present moment. Focusing on our sensations, because they are happening in real time, can be a helpful practice to re-direct our attention on the here and now.
