Breath Meditation 2 (23 minutes)
This meditation includes gentle breathwork as part of the meditation. Our breath is one of the fastest tools we can access to shift the state of our Nervous System from Fight-Flight-Freeze to calm and relaxed. The great news is that we have access to our breath at all times, no matter where we are and what we are doing.
Learning simple tools to manipulate the breath can be very helpful especially if you are feeling stressed.
There are 2 breath meditations available in my meditation store. Feel free to alternate between them for different experiences.
