Releasing Fear Meditation (27 minutes)
Fear can be a powerful emotion and can create thoughts and belief systems that stop us from doing what we truly want to do or from living the way we would love to be living.
It is important to recognize that fear is a state and it is NOT who we are. You are not your fear, and your fear doesn’t not need to control you. It can feel all-encompassing and overwhelming but it is not impossible to overpower the fear so that it doesn’t have such a strong impact on your life.
