Self-Love Meditation (27 minutes)
Many of us struggle with self-love and self-compassion. We tend to be hard on ourselves, critical, and harsh. An important part of healing is about learning to find glimpses of self-acceptance and learning how to love the parts of us that we don’t believe deserve love.
